Day 1: Hanoi- Free Time- Street Food+ Train Street Tour (D)
Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy some free time to relax or explore Hanoi at your own pace.
6:00 PM, meet your tour guide for a 3-hour walking tour through Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Discover the city’s vibrant street food scene, taste authentic local dishes and drinks, and experience the famous Train Street.
Day 2: Hanoi City- Sightseeing Tour (B, L)
8:00, begin your Hanoi city tour with visits to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum area, Tran Quoc Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, Hoa Lo prison, before exploring Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, one of Hanoi’s most iconic landmarks.
16.30, Finish the tour. Enjoy a free afternoon for shopping or exploring the city at your leisure.
Day 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh Day Trip – Overnight Train to Sapa (B, L)
8:00, depart Hanoi for Ninh Binh. Visit Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital, and explore the temples of King Dinh and King Le. Continue to Mua Cave and climb to the viewpoint for stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and rice fields.
After lunch at a local restaurant, enjoy a sampan boat trip for 2 hours through Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, exploring its beautiful waterways, limestone caves.
19.30 PM, return to Hanoi. Transfer to Hanoi Railway Station at approximately 21.30 PM to board the overnight train to Sapa.
Day 4: Lao Cai– Sapa- Fansipan Mountain or Lao Chai/ Ta Van villages (B,L,D)
5.30. Arrive at Lao Cai Railway Station. Our driver will transfer you to Sapa for breakfast at a local restaurant. After breakfast, start the tour to visit Fansipan mountain, then taking the cable car, you should climb approximately 600 steps to reach the summit at 3,143 metres. The climb takes around 30 minutes one way, depending on fitness and weather conditions.
12.30. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Sapa town. Spend the afternoon at leisure, exploring the town or relaxing at your hotel around 16.00.
19.00. Dinner and overnight in Sapa.
Optional alternative:
Instead of visiting Fansipan, enjoy a trekking tour 7km to Lao Chai and Ta Van villages in Muong Hoa Valley, discovering local ethnic cultures, traditional villages, and beautiful terraced rice fields.
Day 5: Sapa- Cat Cat village- Bus- Hanoi (B, L, D)
7.00, enjoy breakfast at the hotel, and embark on a trek of approximately 5km to Cat Cat and Sin Chai villages, home to the Black Hmong ethnic community. Discover local traditions, admire the scenic mountain landscapes, and visit the waterfall in Cat Cat Village.
12:00 PM: Enjoy lunch and take a short rest.
15:00 PM: Board the bus for the journey back to Hanoi (approximately 6 hours).
22:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi and transfer to your hotel in the old quarter. End of the Sapa tour.
Day 6: Hanoi – Halong Bay Overnight Cruise (B, L, D)
8:00. Pick you up for Halong bay 2 days, with 3 hours driving and short break in 15 minutes
11.30. Upon arrival at the harbor, board your cruise at approximately 12:30 PM and enjoy a welcome drink while checking in to your cabin. Savor a delicious lunch featuring fresh seafood as the cruise sails through the spectacular limestone karsts of Halong Bay. Admire the scenery and discover a floating fishing village, offering a glimpse into the traditional lifestyle of local fishermen.
Continue with activities such as exploring Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat, swimming at Ti Top Beach, or climbing to the viewpoint for a breathtaking panorama of the bay, depending on the cruise itinerary and weather conditions.
Enjoy dinner on board and spend the night on the cruise.
Day 7: Halong Bay – Hanoi- Free Time (B, L)
7.00. Start your morning with breakfast on board while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Halong Bay.
Continue exploring the bay according to the cruise itinerary before disembarking and returning to the harbor.
15.30, Finish Halong bay, and drop off your hotel, Free time.
Day 8: Hanoi- Free Time- Departure (B)
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and some free time, depending on your flight schedule.
Our driver will transfer you to Hanoi Airport for your departure flight.
