Day 1: Sai Gon Arrival
Private car ( no guide) pick up at the airport and transfer to hotel in Down Town of Sai Gon. If the time permits, there is the chance for you to join our 2 options of our ½ day Deluxe Group Tours:
Option1: Cu Chi Tunnel – Ben Dinh 1/2 day
8:00- 8:30: Pick up at your hotel.
Heading to Cuchi, famous by a system of tunnels deeply underground, with 3floors, a labyrinth of intricate ways, and winding over 200 km long. (~60 km, 1hour)
Upon arrival: Watching a presentation video, Getting to see the tunnels and discover how these tunnels were constructed and how its habitants combat two forces: the invading troops and the tunnels itself. Visiting Hoang Cam’s smoke-less store, secret hide-outs, fighting bunkers, and many dangerous booby traps. Trying gun shooting with real bullets (fees not included). Tasting boiled tapioca, drinking hot tea. Visiting the rice paper village where you can try to make it by yourself. Drop off at your hotel.
Tour ends about 14:00.
Option2: Ho Chi Minh City 1/2 day
Pick up at hotel at 13:00 – 13:30 PM. This half day city tour unravels Saigon’s turbulent past and also provides a glimpse into the fascinating variety the city has to offer. We visit the following places of interest.
+ The Reunification Palace: Here on April 30th 1975 the ‘American War’ officially ended
+ War Remnants Museum: Formerly known as the Museum of American War Crimes, this is a poignant display of the futility of war.
+ Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office: Built between 1877 and 1883 this is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture.
+ Visit Ben Thanh Market is a large marketplace in central.
+ Ngoc Hoang (Jade Emperor) Pagoda is famous in Ho Chi Minh City for a set of about 100 statues made from cardboard that depicts a meeting of genies with the Jade Emperor.
Our tour finish around 18:00 PM, the car will transport you back to your hotel. Tour ends.
Day 2: Insight mekong delta 1 day
Join in Mekong Delta Day Tour with us. Depart from Saigon and head south to Ben Tre province – the hometown of coconut.
Enjoy your boat trip through small canals with some of the Mekong Delta’s most breathtaking scenery and stop-over at various local workplaces including brick kilns, a coconut processing workshop and amazing visit to the local family workshop where sleeping mats made.
Visit a peace village where you can have a short walk to observe real Life of the local. Take Xe Loi ride (a kind of modern motorized rickshaw) before a stop at a riverside restaurant for a delicious lunch, try some local specialties such as elephant-ear fish, river shrimp… After that, have a chance to row a sampan along the water coconut canals.
Then go back to Saigon around 17:00
Day 3: Sai Gon departure (B)
Free till driver transfer to airport. End Trip.
